The AI Readiness Assessment gave us something we genuinely didn't have before — an honest picture of where we stood. Not flattering, but accurate and useful. I appreciated that they didn't try to oversell the scope of what we needed.
January 2025 · Readiness Assessment
We had 40 staff go through the AI Literacy Program. What stood out was how differently people arrived — some nervous, some dismissive — and how the sessions managed to meet everyone where they were. Department-specific scenarios made it relevant, not generic.
February 2025 · AI Literacy Program
The Integration Strategy was thorough. We'd looked at several AI tools and were confused by conflicting claims — their vendor comparison analysis cut through that clearly. The roadmap they produced was specific enough to actually use. Turnaround on one milestone was slower than expected, but the quality of output was high overall.
December 2024 · Custom Integration Strategy
From a financial standpoint, the fixed-fee structure mattered to us. What we paid was what we expected, and the deliverables were clear and usable. The executive summary from the Readiness Assessment was particularly well-written — accessible to board members who have limited patience for technical language.
January 2025 · Readiness Assessment
I've managed training programmes for twelve years and I know the difference between a session that respects the audience and one that talks down to them. The AI Literacy Program was genuinely well-designed. The reference handbook is still being consulted by staff months after the programme ended.
March 2025 · AI Literacy Program
We came in having already made one AI purchase that wasn't working well for us. The Integration Strategy helped us understand why and what to do differently. The change management planning section was the part we hadn't thought to ask for — and it turned out to be the most valuable.

Three Engagements in Detail
A mid-sized logistics company unsure where AI fit their operations
The company had heard competitors were exploring AI for route optimisation and document processing. Leadership was uncertain whether their own infrastructure and team could support any of it, and what the realistic scope of adoption would look like.
The Readiness Assessment mapped three specific operational areas where AI had genuine near-term potential and identified data quality gaps that needed addressing first. A follow-on Literacy Program trained 28 operations staff over six weeks.
Leadership entered vendor discussions with a specific brief rather than an open-ended inquiry. Staff reported greater comfort evaluating AI tool claims. The company avoided one expensive purchase that would not have suited their data environment.
"We came in confused and came out with a clear two-step plan. The assessment paid for itself in the first vendor conversation." — General Manager
An accounting firm wanting to integrate AI into document review
The firm's partners wanted to explore AI for document summarisation and compliance checking but had significant concerns about data security, client confidentiality, and the reliability of AI outputs in a regulated environment.
The 16-week Custom Integration Strategy included a detailed vendor comparison of AI platforms with appropriate data residency and privacy controls, pilot programme design for a contained document type, and a change management plan for partner and staff communication.
The firm selected a tool that met their security requirements, piloted it on a low-risk document category, and used the monitoring framework to evaluate performance over 90 days before broader rollout. The implementation advisory support helped address unexpected questions during rollout.
"The security and privacy analysis was what we needed most. We wouldn't have known where to start evaluating tools on those dimensions without it." — Senior Partner
A hotel group preparing staff for an AI-assisted guest communication tool
Management had already purchased an AI-assisted guest messaging tool but found front-of-house staff reluctant to use it. Staff were uncertain what the tool could do reliably, when to override it, and whether it reflected well on the hotel's service standards.
A six-session AI Literacy Program tailored to hospitality scenarios. Sessions included hands-on practice with the specific tool they were using, frameworks for evaluating AI-generated responses, and discussion of when human judgement should take precedence.
Tool usage increased significantly among trained staff. More importantly, staff developed clearer judgment about when to edit or override AI suggestions — producing responses that better matched the hotel's tone. Management reported fewer escalations related to AI-generated messages.
"The training didn't just teach them to use the tool — it taught them to think carefully about what the tool was doing. That's the difference." — Guest Experience Manager
